Ateki is looking to fill an immediate full-time opening for a bilingual marketing associate. This new team member will work in and out of our Bolingbrook, IL administrative office. The bilingual marketing assistant’s daily tasks will include, but may not be limited to, updating and writing new advertising copy, content, and collateral. They will also be responsible for updating our social media, Internet websites, and managing our online marketing using Craigslist, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Constant Contact, etc. The bilingual marketing assistant’s role may also include working with our vendors on creating print marketing campaigns, promotional items, team clothing, etc. As a team member working in our Bolingbrook, IL administrative office, basic duties include answering incoming calls, communicating with new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, and communicating with vendors.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow in this position and with our team! We want a team member that will become an indispensable part of our team within the first 60-days.
Solid computer skills are a MUST! We are an IT company, so experience with Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Windows 10, Outlook, online scheduling, social media, and Internet website usage will be necessary. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Starting hourly rate will be based on your existing experience for the first 60-days, while you are training. The regular hourly compensation rate will be based on your actual work effectiveness and work flow efficiency after the initial 60-day training period. All employees and independent contractors are paid weekly on the Friday after the previous work week.
