We are currently looking to hire a new team member in the greater Chicagoland Area to assist with day-to-day company operations. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Daily tasks will include, working closely with our accounting firm staff, small business invoicing, answering incoming calls, communicating with new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, managing accounts receivables, and communicating with vendors.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow in this position. We would like to see this person become an indispensable part of our team within the first 60-days.
Sold computer skills are a must! Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Experience with or basic working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, using e-mail, online scheduling, social media, and Internet website usage will be necessary. Other daily tasks may include online banking, managing online vendor accounts, writing and editing content, creating and updating spreadsheets, updating transaction data in QuickBooks.

Experience in composing estimates such as requests for proposal, requests for quotes, and knowledge of bidding on government contracts/ the G.S.A. system is a HUGE PLUS.
A starting hourly rate will be set for the first 60-days, while training. The regular hourly compensation hourly rate will be based on work experience and workflow efficiency after the initial 60-day training period. Employees and independent contractors are paid weekly on Friday after the previous work week.
