Ateki is a quickly growing company that provides managed Information Technology (IT) Services. We are looking to fill an immediate full-time opening for a bilingual Marketing Assistant. This new team member will work in and out of our Bolingbrook, IL administrative office. The Marketing Assistant’s role is to report directly to the head of the department and consistently maintain the company’s brand aesthetic. This includes public relations/networking, reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s representation. The creative talents of the individual in this role will be applied to marketing materials, trade show materials, and web graphics.
They will also be responsible for updating our social media, internet websites, and managing our online marketing using Craigslist, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc. The bilingual Marketing Assistant’s role may also include working with our vendors on creating print marketing campaigns, promotional items, team clothing, etc.
-Must be fluent in English/Spanish
-Well developed networking skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite
-Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator
-Well versed in managing social media platforms consistently
-Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, trade shows, and display advertising campaigns
The Marketing Assistant provides support for all aspects of marketing, responsibilities including:
-Maintaining Professional Relationships
-Answering incoming calls
-Social Media Content Creation/Management
-Assisting in Organizing/Coordinating Events
-Researching Future Marketing Opportunities
-Attending Local Chamber of Commerce Events
-Developing Public Relations
Starting hourly rate will be based on your existing experience for the first 60-days, while you are training. The regular hourly compensation rate will be based on your actual work effectiveness and workflow efficiency after the initial 60-day training period. All employees and independent contractors are paid weekly on Friday after the previous work week.
