Administrative Office Assistant

We are currently looking to hire a motivated and talented new team member in our Chicago, IL area administrative office to assist with our day-to-day company operations. Daily tasks will include, working closely with our accounting firm staff, small business invoicing, answering incoming calls, communicating with new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, project management, managing accounts receivables, and communicating with vendors.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in this position. We would like to see this person become an indispensable part of our team within the first 60-days.

Sold computer skills are a must! Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Experience with or a basic working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, using e-mail, online scheduling, social media, and Internet website usage will be necessary. Other daily tasks may include online banking, managing online vendor accounts, writing and editing content, creating and updating spreadsheets, updating transaction data in QuickBooks.

Hourly wage based on education and experience. All Ateki employees and independent contractors are paid weekly, the Friday after the previous work week.
