Bolingbrook, IL - The Ateki Corporation announced today that pre-production testing will begin on ALODON Version 0.80 Beta. This version is a completely new build of ALODON that will include many new features and services.
Previous versions of ALODON are actually a hybrid that runs in a common web hosting environment. This preliminary phase was needed for the initial development of core ALODON system features. ALODON Version 0.80 Beta and higher run on special ALODON servers that have been designed and optimized from the ground up to power the common and advanced features that ALODON has to offer.
ALODON Version 0.80 Beta is expected to be available on or after July 1, 2005. Existing ALODON Beta testers (ALODON Version 0.7x Beta) will have the option to stay on the legacy version of ALODON or upgrade to the new ALODON Version 0.80 Beta that will eventually migrate into the retail release (ALODON Version 1.0) in January of 2006.
